Meet the artist on Saturday, June 15

Whimsical Woman Ollie Singleton’s ABC (Airy, Breathable, Cool) summer artwear is being featured at Hand Picked Consignments, located in Reynolda Manor Shopping Center, 2800 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem. Whether you’re going to the beach, The Louvre, the office or a cookout, there’s something there for you.

On Saturday, June 15, 2013 Ollie will be at Hand Picked from 10-6 for a meet the artist event and to introduce her new line of “Free to Be” tops and tunics. While the message is the same (“Free to Be”) each top is uniquely designed using hand dyeing, painting and upcycling techniques. “I just love this message; it embraces self-definition,” Ollie says.

We'd like to introduce one of our new members now: Kelly Anne Fortkiewicz of Lavender Anne's will offer handmade soaps, oils, lip balms and other products. Check out her charcoal and pine soap on the Lavender Anne's Facebook page--it acts as a detox for the skin by pulling out toxins, making it a great face soap! Below are a few more of Kelly's products.
